 SRI512
Description
The SRI512 is a contactless memory, powered by an externally transmitted radio wave. It contains a 512-bit user EEPROM. The memory is organized as 16 blocks of 32 bits. The SRI512 is accessed via the 13.56 MHz carrier. Incoming data are demodulated and decoded from the received amplitude shift keying (ASK) modulation signal and outgoing data are generated by load variation using bit phase shift keying (BPSK) coding of a 847 kHz subcarrier. The received ASK wave is 10% modulated. The data transfer rate between the SRI512 and the reader is 106 Kbit/s in both reception and emission modes.
The SRI512 follows the ISO 14443-2 Type B recommendation for the radio-frequency power and signal interface.

 SR176
Description
The SR176 is a contactless memory, powered by an externally transmitted radio wave. It contains 176 bits of user EEPROM, fabricated with STMicroelectronics CMOS technology. The memory is organized as 16 blocks of 16 bits, of which 11 blocks are user accessible.
The SR176 is accessed via the 13.56 MHz carrier. Incoming data are demodulated and decoded from the received Amplitude Shift Keying modulation signal (ASK). The modulation index of this signal is 10%. Outgoing data are generated by load variation using Bit Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) of a 847.5 kHz subcarrier. The Data transfer rate between the SR176 and the reader is 106 Kbit/s in both reception and emission modes.
The SR176 follows the ISO 14443-2 Type B recommendation for radio frequency power and signal interfacing.

Incoming data are demodulated and decoded from the received amplitude shift keying (ASK) modulation signal and outgoing data are generated by load variation using bit phase shift keying (BPSK) coding of a 847 kHz subcarrier.  LRI2K
Description
The LRI2K is a contactless memory powered by the received carrier electromagnetic wave. It is a 2048-bit electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM). The memory is organized as 64 blocks of 32 bits. The LRI2K is accessed via the 13.56 MHz carrier electromagnetic wave on which incoming data are demodulated from the received signal amplitude modulation (ASK: amplitude shift keying). The received ASK wave is 10% or 100% modulated with a data rate of 1.6 Kbit/s using the 1/256 pulse coding mode or a data rate of 26 Kbit/s using the 1/4 pulse coding mode.
Outgoing data are generated by the LRI2K load variation using Manchester coding with one or two subcarrier frequencies at 423 kHz and 484 kHz. Data are transferred from the LRI2K at 6.6 Kbit/s in low data rate mode and 26 Kbit/s fast data rate mode. The LRI2K supports 53 Kbit/s in high data rate mode with one subcarrier frequency at 423 kHz.
The LRI2K follows the ISO 15693 recommendation for radio-frequency power and signal interface.
